Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you use x402phone, the following is processed:

• Wallet addresses — payer wallet from x402 payment verification.
• Server logs — call initiation metadata (call ID, target phone number) logged for debugging and abuse prevention. Logs are rotated automatically.

What we do not collect

• Call content — we do not store recordings, transcripts, or call audio. Call data is handled entirely by Bland.ai.
• Cookies or tracking — this site sets no cookies, uses no analytics, and does not track visitors.
• Personal identity — we identify users by wallet address only. We do not collect names, email addresses, or physical addresses.

Third parties

Your request is processed by:

• Bland.ai — initiates and manages phone calls. Receives phone numbers, call instructions, and stores recordings/transcripts. Subject to Bland.ai Privacy Policy.
• Coinbase x402 facilitator — settles USDC payments on Base. Subject to Coinbase Privacy Policy.
• Vercel — hosts the application. Subject to Vercel Privacy Policy.

We do not sell or share your data with anyone else.

Data retention

Server logs are retained temporarily and rotated automatically. Call data (recordings, transcripts, phone numbers) is retained by Bland.ai per their retention policy. We do not maintain a separate database of call data.

Your rights

There is no account to delete. To request removal of server log entries, open an issue at Merit-Systems/x402phone. For call data held by Bland.ai, contact Bland.ai directly.

Changes

We may update this policy at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
